Poses are held for an extended period, typically ranging from 5 to 20 minutes, which encourages deep relaxation. the practice emphasizes conscious breathing and mindfulness techniques to help quiet the mind and promote a sense of inner peace and tranquility. Restorative yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels and can be particularly beneficial for reducing stress, improving sleep quality, and enhancing overall physical and mental well-being.
