what’s included
— initial vision + planning meeting:
we begin with a one-on-one meeting to discuss your intentions, goals, desires, strengths, and areas of growth in order to create a personalized mentorship plan.
— weekly 1:1 mentor meetings:
✺One 60-minute meeting each week
✺Guidance, support, sequencing help, feedback, philosophy discussion, confidence building, and continued growth
— teaching experience:
✺Teach one 75-minute community class twice per month
— observation + partner teaching
✺Observe classes
✺Partner/co-teach alongside your mentor
✺Receive supportive feedback and practical experience
