Co-founder and owner of Terra Sol Sanctuary, Alexis Abbate, RYT 500, moved to Wilmington in 2003 and started working in a corporate environment. It was during that time that she rediscovered yoga and was amazed by the amount of peace, balance, and flexibility it brought to her life. In her classes, Alexis aims to share her practice with others by inspiring an atmosphere that contributes to connection and healing.
