Meditation

Take a pause from the busyness of daily life and reconnect with yourself through this 30-minute guided meditation class. Each session may include breath awareness, mindfulness practices, visualization, or other meditation techniques designed to help calm the mind, reduce stress, and cultivate a greater sense of presence. No experience is necessary, this class is open to everyone. Simply come as you are and allow yourself the opportunity to slow down, breathe, and be.
