heart & sol community flow

Join us for our $10 community class, led by one of the recent graduates of the Heart & Sol – Terra Sol 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Each month, a different graduate will guide a 1-hour flow class, offering an opportunity to support new teachers while enjoying an intentional and accessible practice rooted in community, connection, and growth. All levels are welcome. As this is a special community offering designed to support our recent graduates, we kindly ask that class packages not be used for this class. Single class purchase recommended.
