gentle + yin + meditation
This all-levels class focuses on helping us calm and soothe our nervous systems by moving through a series of yoga shapes, each building on the next to help us feel more grounded and present in ourselves.
We’ll begin with several gentle yoga postures to help downshift our nervous systems. Then we’ll shift into one or two yin yoga shapes, postures held for longer periods of time, with many adaptations offered to fit everybody, to further soothe our nervous systems.
The class ends in an extended final resting form with guided meditation to ensure you leave feeling more rested, grounded, and present.
