Meghan is a student of breath. Practicing yoga led her to discover the power found in this life force. It is her aim to create classes that offer people the same opportunity to nourish their own breath and to rest in its power. The quality of our breath reflects the quality of our life.
Melissa has always felt a deep connection to sound and music from a young age. After attending a Tibetan Bowl Sound bath in 2014, she felt such a transformational shift that she knew she wanted to learn more and be able to share the gift of sound with others. She believes that sound has the power to impact minds, hearts and our very being at a deep cellular level; a level that opens us to universal truths and healing that extends beyond the individual to the planet and the cosmos.
