I invite you to join me for a loving and kind practice that will give you the space and time to reconnect with yourself, as well as other mothers, to build community and support.
Whether you are three weeks, three months, or three years postpartum from your first or subsequent pregnancy, this workshop is for you. The journey of motherhood never ends – new challenges and changes come with each day, each minute. Allow me to share tools with you that will help to gain strength in your five bodies (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual) so you leave this afternoon feeling empowered + confident that you ARE enough – as a mom, a sister, a partner, as a human being. Meet yourself again. Rebuild your inner fire. Find your center. Find your freedom within.
a little about Sabrina:
Sabrina is a ryt-200 hatha yoga teacher + reiki level 1 practitioner, with continued education in pranayama (breath-work), mindful meditation, authentic space holding, and pre/postnatal yoga. Her deepest belief lies within the breath - using the breath’s connection to energy to deepen the human experience. Sabrina's classes incorporate organic + intuitive movement to incite an energetic freeing of the body + soul.
