In this workshop Heather will discuss the importance and practice to developmenting energetic boundaries and discernment. These are tools that are extremely helpful for sensitives, empaths, and anyone wanting to feel more grounded, safe in the body, and confident in your intuition. Together we'll gather in safe space and open with a wisdom share where you'll receive teachings for developing and strengthening your inner protection. We'll discuss how to distinguish your energy from outside energy, principles of discernment, the benefit of non-attachment, and ways to shield, cloak, and filter energy. Everything we discuss will focus on understanding how to strengthen and protect from our own auric field. Discernment and energetic boundaries are how we build protection from within, not only here, but throughout all space, time, and beyond.

This workshop brings us into our self-sovereignty as we open to co-creation.
We’ll close together in receiving a guided meditative energy attunement to strengthen the auric field. Together, we'll align in harmony with the body, self, and all that's here as we center back in our inner strength and knowing!
A little bit about Heather:
Heather is a certified yoga instructor, Interdimensional Channel, Energy Healer, and Ascension Guide. She works with energy in a way that's communicative and deeply in-tune with the body. In this practice, she'll be tuning into the body as a whole and reading energy blocks the body brings forward. This practice will work with yoga postures to target stagnant energy and places in the body we're holding any emotional wounding to allow deep release.
