Throughout this practice, we will spend time creating space in the mind, body + soul. So often we tend to step out of our light to please and give to others. The purpose of this class is to step back into your inner light, to claim your power, and take up the space you rightfully deserve in this world.
Mindfulness practices, such as journaling and meditation, will be included to establish space in our hearts and perspectives. Pranayama (breath-work) and asana (physical postures/movement) practices will also be taught to create space and openness within the body.
Dress in something that is comfortable to move in + cozy enough for meditation! Feel free to bring your own journal, or some will be provided.
