Walking the path of motherhood can be confusing, overwhelming, joyful, rewarding, stressful, and beautiful all at the same time. I invite you to join me for a relaxing, loving, and kind practice that will allow you the space and time to reconnect with yourself, as well as other mothers, to build community and support through this new time in your life. Whether you are three weeks, three months, or three years postpartum from your first or subsequent pregnancy, this workshop is for you . The journey of motherhood never ends – new challenges and changes come with each day, each minute. Allow me to share tools with you that will help to gain strength in your five bodies (physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual) so that you leave this afternoon feeling empowered & confident that you ARE enough – as a mom, a sister, a partner, as a human being. a little about Sabrina:
Sabrina is a ryt-200 hatha/vinyasa teacher, specializing in prenatal & postnatal yoga. she has been practicing yoga since she was 18, and decided to take the next step on her journey to teaching, completing her yoga teacher training at 22. Sabrina has always been drawn to the sun- to the light & it's healing powers. she portrays this love for the sun in her teaching by creating classes that help guide you, on your personal journey, to your own inner sun through organic & intuitive movement, allowing you to connect with your inner light- on & off the mat. her goal for each of her students is to incite an energetic freeing of the body & soul, to feel as free as the ocean waves.
