this pop-up class is a way for all practitioners, beginners or seasoned, to learn how to open their hearts and be aware of the messages that the body sends when love & grace need to be sent within. this invites the opportunity to learn how to notice what energy needs to be moved, let go of, or embodied, to be present in loving kindness, and how to respond to each subtle message the body sends. we will flow to explore the space our bodies so generously give, while keeping a mindful curiosity about what’s going on inside. after asana (physical yoga posture/practice), students will be guided through a pranayama (breath-work) practice, and finally a guided meditation before savasana. this practice will help to cultivate self-love, appreciation, freedom, and gratitude in the most truthful way.
