Relax, release, and restore as you bathe in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and chimes.

Come and experience this practice of being deeply immersed in sounds and vibrations that have the power to cleanse and heal. Sound Baths have the potential to bring the mind and body into a state of deep relaxation and meditation.

Wear comfortable clothing. There are props at the studio, however, feel free to bring anything you would like to help support your body during this restorative offering.
