Susan (E-RYT) was introduced to yoga at the early age of four, and it has been her life long mission to share the transformational benefits of yoga. In 2007, she completed her 200 YTT training and will achieve her 300 YTT in September 2020. In 2011, Susan received her Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Leader certification and incorporates a blend of mindfulness and yoga philosophy into her classes. Her classes are inspired by Susan's desire to help people heal and feel well with the mind, body, and spirit connection. Susan is certified to lead gentle, vinyasa, yin, restorative, and adaptive classes for people of all levels.
