Winter is a natural time to slow down, soften, and rest. As the natural world grows quieter, this practice offers space to turn inward, replenish our energy, and simply be.

This weekly Winter Sound Bath is a deeply calming, meditative experience using crystal singing bowls and gentle chimes to support rest and relaxation. Participants will be guided into a comfortable, supported position as sound waves move through the body, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and create space for deep rest.

No movement or prior experience is required. Please bring your own mat if you have one! The studio has props but you are welcome to bring your own cushions or blankets if you would like. This offering is perfect for the winter months, when rest becomes an essential part of balance and well-being.
