Teresa Tipton is a front desk associate at Terra Sol Sanctuary and is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment for everyone as she welcomes them into the studio so they can practice in a calm and restorative space. Teresa is known for her friendliness and passion for working in environments where she feels she is making a positive impact on people’s lives. She brings with her 12 years of experience working with behavioral health treatment centers nationwide in both intake and outreach roles. She has been a student and lover of yoga for over 20 years and finds great joy from being on her mat. In her free time she enjoys walking the Riverwalk in downtown Wilmington, reading and traveling with her husband.
