CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Align + Shine: an alignment based asana class allowing you the opportunity to explore personal edges without fear of injury by helping them to feel safe in a nurturing environment; philosophy of yoga, in modern terms, is shared so that the tools offered through these ancient teachings can be more readily understood and accessed in real life on an off the mat.
Beginners Yoga: a beginner friendly class to find ease and relaxation in he body though slow mindful movements
Breath + Alignment: an alignment based class that utilizes long holds and deep breathing to bring clarity to the mind. Each class will build heat to purify the mind + body, followed by long deep stretches. Class will conclude with a short meditation, tapping into harmony and gratitude for life
Flow: an all levels vinyasa class
Gentle Yoga: a beginner friendly class to find ease and relaxation in the body through slow mindful movements
Mobility Flow: a strength based practice that combines yoga, mobility, and functional movements. The aim of this class is to equip each individual student with the tools to move better and more efficiently by localizing movements to enhance movement patterns and increase capacity for individual joints in the body. The benefits of this class translate well into yoga and/or other activities that you enjoy
Power Flow: an all levels vinyasa class that focuses on strength. The aim of this class is to leave you feeling strong, energized, and balanced.
Slow Flow: a slower paced all levels vinyasa class with longer holds and deeper stretches
Yogalicious: a unique sequence, suitable for all levels incorporating a mixture of holding poses, refining alignment and slow flow. Georgia describes her classes as, "high spirited, irreverent and inclusive with a focus/obsession on alignment"
