Yoga for the Planet
Yoga for the Planet is a 5 star, 200 Hour Yoga Alliance registered, Yoga Teacher Training with an emphasis on self awareness both on and off the mat. In this training, you will learn how to confidently create and lead a well-balanced yoga class around a basic posture list using Sanskrit, and gentle adjustments.
Blending theory and practice we will study:
- Yoga Asanas, focusing on foundations and bio-mechanical alignment as well as transitions
- History of yoga, its evolution to the West, and how it has evolved over time.
- Eastern and Western Anatomy and Physiology
- Classical vs Tantric yoga theory
Gain a deeper understanding of the lineage of yoga, as you get to know yourself a little better. If you feel called to teach, or just deepen your practice, we are honored to guide you on this very personal journey of self discovery.
